API only plan

The Relevio API only plan is a pay as you go service. We charge based on processing units allowing the cost of moderating to scale with the size of post and whether there are images involved.

Processing units are calculated as follows:

  • Up to 1000 characters of input text: 1 unit
  • Each additional 1000 characters of text: +1 unit
  • Each image up to 1024×1024 pixels: +1 unit
  • Each attachment: +1 unit

Price: 1p per processing unit.

A call to the moderation API is charged whether it returns pass or fail. A minimum of 1 processing unit applies to all calls to the moderation API.

The API only plan includes a small number of moderations per month for the purposes of testing and evaluation.

Smart Wall

Smart Wall plans include a monthly number of processing units, hosting and record storage. Plans start at £15.00 per month.

Any moderation beyond the included montly processing units are charged at the pay as you go rate.

Simple Payments

For our professional plans we use monthly subscription plans. You need to register a payment method in the application settings. Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe.

Quarterly invoicing is available on larger professional plans and all enterprise plans. Annual invoicing is available on enterprise plans only.
